This website is managed and operated by Mohammad Hatim Mohammad Bahareth Consulting and Research Office. Mohammad Hatim Mohammad Bahareth also holds freelance licenses from the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, including a Public Relations License and a Business Networks and Economic and Trade Affairs License, in addition to the “Mawthoq” Individual Advertising License from the General Commission for Audiovisual Media, as well as a professional media card.

Article One: Acceptance and Acknowledgment

Article Five: Communications and Interaction

1. •Communication via social media and WhatsApp application must be conducted with politeness and respect.
2. •Any abuse, insult, slander, transgression, or overstepping obliges you to compensate an amount of 500,000 Saudi Riyals.
3. •Communication via WhatsApp is designated only for clients, media entities, podcast guests, and inquiries regarding friendly companies, institutions, and institutes mentioned on the website.
4. •Any inquiry outside this framework obliges you to a fine of 100,000 Saudi Riyals.
5. •Adding our number to groups without our explicit permission or removing us from them without our consent obliges you to a fine of 1,000,000 Saudi Riyals for each case independently.
6. •Any annoyance or advertisements sent to us through any medium, including WhatsApp, obliges you to a fine of 500,000 Saudi Riyals on the person or entity that assigned the person to do so.
7. •Any communication regarding the alleged Ministry of Finance compensation obliges you to pay a fine of 1,000,000 Saudi Riyals.

Article Six: Podcasts and Recording

1. •By participating in the podcast or any other activities, whether digital or in-person, you agree to filming, recording, publishing, distributing, creating clips, producing, and reproducing them in all forms.

Article Seven: Compensations and Responsibilities

1. •In case of violating any clause of this Agreement, you are obliged to compensate an amount of 5,000,000 Saudi Riyals in favor of Mohammad Hatim Mohammad Bahareth, and 1,000,000 Saudi Riyals in favor of Mohammad Hatim Mohammad Bahareth Consulting and Research Office, in addition to all litigation costs.
2. •The service provider has the right to block you and take legal action in case of breaching any of the terms, including communication via WhatsApp application.
3. •You acknowledge and agree that if violations or complaints from your side are repeated, compensation is due for each complaint and each violation independently.
4. •In case you file any complaints or reports against us, you are obliged to the compensations mentioned above.
5. •We have the right to sue you if you cause damage, disruption, or malfunction to the website or any of its services by any means or in any form.

Article Eight: Declarations and Notices

1. •Mohammad Bahareth is not a trainer, lawyer, or doctor; all he provides are opinions based on his personal experience, and you waive any claims alleging otherwise.

2. •You acknowledge and waive all financial and moral claims against the website and service providers, a final and irrevocable waiver.

3. •You agree not to use any of the data or addresses contained on the website or social media for marketing or promotional purposes without permission.

4. •Any breach of the service terms entitles us to block you and take appropriate legal action.

5. •You acknowledge under this Agreement all the evidence we present against you, and you have no right to object to any means, and you authorize us and whoever legally represents us to collect evidence and proofs against you.

Article Nine: Governing Law and Jurisdiction

1. •This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
2. •Any dispute arising out of this Agreement shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of the city of Jeddah.
3. •You have no right to apply to security authorities under this Agreement due to the existence of a competent authority, and in doing so, you are obliged to the compensations mentioned in Article Seven.
4. •The Arabic language is considered the official language of this Agreement and is used in any legal proceedings.

Article Ten: General Provisions

1. •The service provider reserves the right to modify the Terms of Use at any time as deemed necessary, and the amendments shall take effect 30 days after being published on the website.
2. •This Agreement continues and renews automatically and applies to the legitimate heirs of both parties.
3. •The service provider has the right to investigate and inquire in case of any suspected violation of any of the provisions of this Agreement and to take appropriate legal action.
4. •If the website user is a political or diplomatic entity, the state sponsoring the individual with political or diplomatic immunity bears all damages resulting from misuse or violation of the provisions and terms of this Agreement.

Article Eleven: Electronic Participation Tools

Article Twelve: Termination and Renewal
