إلى متى ستستمر فضائح المشاهير المفتعلة لأجل حصد المشاهدات والإعجابات ؟، إن لم يكن لدى البعض رادع أخلاقي ولا احترام للنظام العام فأين الدور الرقابي والإعمال بالقانون؟ .
بعض المشاهير يبث لنا مشاهد زوجية خاصة جدا، ومقاطع تعبر عن الحب والرومانسية خادشة للحياء، ولا يرتضي المجتمع عرضها في وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، ومشاهد أخرى لشجارات ومشاكل مفتعلة بشكل واضح لزيادة المشاهدات وإثارة الجدل بين المتابعين والمعلقين.
يعد هذا المحتوى مخالفا للمادة (4) بند(5) لضوابط الإعلام المرئي والمسموع، والتي نصت على حماية النظام العام، وتعزيز اللحمة الوطنية، والمحافظة على النسيج الاجتماعي، وللبند (6) الذي نص على الحفاظ على القيم والفضائل بين الشباب، وتعزيز القيم الاجتماعية، من خلال إبراز دور الأسرة بوصفها حجر الأساس لبناء المجتمع، كون هذا المحتوى الغير أخلاقي يثير المشاكل أحيانا في الأسر وبين الأزواج، كما أنه غير مناسب عمريا للأطفال، ولا ينتمي لثقافة المجتمع.
ولكن تلك الضوابط غير كافية لردع هذا الفعل، فمن المفترض وجود نص قانوني واضح يحظر عرض المحتوى الشخصي الفاضح لأسرار الحياة الخاصة، كي لا يتمادى بعض المشاهير ويزداد هذا النوع من المحتوى بحجة الحرية الشخصية، ولا بد من تفعيل الرقابة وحجب هذا النوع من المحتوى ومحاسبة المخالفين، كي لا تزداد هذه الظاهرة حتى تصبح عادية ومقبولة بين الناس.
